A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF THE UPPER COMMUNITY RECREATION DISTRICT, UTAH, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ANNUALLY RENEWABLE LEASE AGREEMENT, BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND THE UPPER COMMUNITY RECREATION DISTRICT, UTAH; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE BY SAID AUTHORITY OF ITS $714,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2024; AUTHORIZING A GROUND LEASE, A MASTER RESOLUTION, AND THE SECURITY DOCUMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AUTHORIZING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING AT THE ALTAMONT RODEO GROUNDS AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE TRANSACTION CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.
